Sharyn Fuller is an amazing agent, and let me tell you I'm not an easy client. She not only did her homework as my wife and I were coming from out of state, showing us homes that were both price appropriate and amenity appropriate. We found one we loved and Sharyn helped us negotiate a good, fair price for the house, navigate the waters of contracts and offers and got us across the finish line today, on the exact day and time she promised us that we'd close on. Kudos to Sharyn for getting us through the process in one piece, and finding good creative solutions to issues as they arose while at the same time, advocating for our needs and wants with the attorneys, the financiers and ultimately the seller's agent. I'd gladly buy 100 houses with Sharyn's help if I needed them. She was great and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I'm certainly going to keep her card in my phone and share it with friends who come to visit in the hope they have the same luck as we did. (less)
