I decided to go into real estate in 2004 after realizing that it combined two of my passions – home living and helping people. During college when I wavered between computer science and psychology,  psychology won out because I just LOVE meeting, working with and helping people. (After all, people are my species.)  Sure enough I have thoroughly enjoyed being a dedicated service-focused real estate professional since day one, specializing in the Raleigh-Durham-Cary areas.  Apparently my enthusiasm caught the attention of HGTV because in 2007 and 2008 two episodes of the syndicated series, “Buy Me” featured the sale of two of my listings. Then in July 2008 – due to a health scare – I became the “Success Story” in the national magazine, “Realtor” (see below links).

A native of Israel, Effy moved to the United States in the 1980s after fulfilling his military service to his native county as a Navy Seal.  Offered an opportunity to serve the United States government, he relocated to Norfolk, Virginia and eventually settled in the New York area.

Effy owned and operated several successful businesses in New York, the Mid-Atlantic, and Florida but realized his calling for real estate in 1995 and has worked in the industry ever since.  As a broker associate in Brooklyn, he was a top sales person with over 350 commercial and residential sales and rentals per year, strong client referrals, and repeat business from owners who valued his integrity, diligence, and honesty.

A lifelong fan of aviation, Effy enjoys building and flying scale model airplanes, jets, gliders, and helicopters.  He has adopted as his own NASA’s motto:  “Failure is not an option.”  He will work with you to make your real estate dreams come true.

Larry Fuller first became involved in real estate when his wife Sharyn became a licensed broker in 2004. Fascinated by her enthusiasm and success, Larry obtained his real estate broker license in 2006, with the plan to work together with his wife after his retirement from a forty-year career in mental health care administration. His plan came to fruition in 2017 when he joined the skilled and talented team at Southern Market Realty.
